What are the reviews of NCC Urban Mayfair, Yelahanka, Bengaluru?

Before I invested in this project I went through hundreds of NCC Urban Mayfair reviews. But I can tell you that nothing compares to visiting the project site and checking everything yourself. However, with your help, I can tell you that the project has a very good construction quality and also boars of almost every amenity one can need. NCC Urban Mayfair possession date is August 2021. So, yes it's ready to move project. 

Another best thing is NCC Urban Mayfair location. It is beautifully located in Yehalanka which is quite peaceful as it is not very close to the hustle of the city of Banaglore. I think it will be a great buy for anyone.

I read in an NCC Urban Mayfair review online that the “building elevation with texture paint has come out very good”. NCC management has delivered the project on time and there have been no legal issues. The project has 70% open space, lush green forest views and good lighting and ventilation. The layout of the 2 BHK flat makes it perfect for a family of 4. Overall NCC Urban Mayfair is a nice place to live in :)

NCC Urban Mayfair has houses for bachelors and families. The luxurious villas start from 150 Sq.yd to 210 Sq.yd. I have heard people sing praises in their NCC Urban Mayfair review. The location is also good, the project isn't too far from important places like reputed educational institutions and banks, ATMs. It is situated on Doddaballapur Road, Next to Nagarjuna Meadows, Yelahanka. I found there are major transport services like BMTC local buses and auto nearby. Though there is no metro connectivity to the place.

If you have any doubts about NCC Urban Mayfair, you can check out all the details            online. There is a swimming pool, indoor badminton court, and walking track. Water is available 24X7, thanks to the Kaveri water line. I don't think the neighbouring projects have a water line. As promised, the construction was done with premium raw materials which led to good finishing. NCC Urban Mayfair construction team was professional in their dealing. They made the buying process easy for me.

I'm so happy, I visited NCC Urban Mayfair. The residential project is located in the centre of North Bangalore and offers 2, 2.5 & 3 BHK to home buyers. The current status of the project is ready to move. The place has beautiful amenities and high-quality construction. The apartments are luxurious and spacious. The price point of the residential property is decent. I would like to mention in my NCC Urban Mayfair review that the view of KV CRPF on one side and NCC Meadows on the other side are superb.
