Login to Unified Member Portal (
https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in).
Go to the Modify Details.
Choose “One Member EPF Account” for transfer. To change the name, mention the correct name.
Submit the request and get employer approval.
You can also submit a Joint Declaration Form with your employer. Attach Aadhaar, PAN, and other proofs. EPFO verifies and updates details. The processing takes 15 to 30 days.

Login to your account on Member Seaw portal or click on
https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
Enter UAN and password
Click on Online Services option
Select One Member- One EPF Account
Provide the details of the new EPF account where you want to transfer money and its done
You will need to provide a joint declaration from both your own and your employer’s side to change the name. You will be asked to provide details related to the account as well so you must be doing it correctly.
