My cousin recently changed his PF account as well when he shifted to his new company and was telling me the process so that if I need, I can do it easily as well. Here are the steps to transfer PF amount:
Login to your account on Member Seaw portal or click on
https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/
Enter UAN and password
Click on Online Services option
Select One Member- One EPF Account
Provide the details of the new EPF account where you want to transfer money and its done
You will need to provide a joint declaration from both your own and your employer’s side to change the name. You will be asked to provide details related to the account as well so you must be doing it correctly.
