My father died in 12.04.2020 at the age of 90. He has written a will for his illegal wife at the age of 80 and her son 53 he is transgender. My father bought a flat from my mother's money on his name and registerd. But he has written a will in 2016 and registered for his illegal wife and son. She has worked and retired as a Health Officer in Chennai Corporation and getting pension monthly Rs.35,000/-. Can I ask a share in that Flat.
