It is hard to answer Noida or Delhi which is better as this will highly depend on a person’s preferences. If one wants to have a quieter lifestyle, one can opt for Noida, but for a happening life, go for Delhi. I believe Delhi will be better after staying in both cities, as Delhi is our capital, hence the opportunities in every sector are greater here than in Noida.
