Hey,

I will tell you how to get a MHADA flat registered in your name. Firstly, the agreement to sale has to be made in the name of the buyer. After that, you are required to pay the registration charges and stamp duty. After registering the property in your name, you are required to inform the MHADA authorities to issue the transfer certificate. You will be required to send the copy of registry papers and deposit Rs. 35000 as the transfer fee. This process will take around 6 months.

If you want to sell your old MHADA flat, then these are the documents required for MHADA Regulies 2021:

  • Allotment Letter

  • Self Declaration

  • Acceptance Letter

  • NOC from the MHADA society.

If you are not able to find the answer to any of your queries, then you can just call the MHADA help desk number at 9869988000. They will surely solve all your queries.
