Hey Friend,

As far as I know, you can challenge the order within 3 weeks, that is 21 days by filing a Caveat at the registry. But if you have failed to file a caveat, the letter of administration will be issued and signed by the Probate Registrar. If the defender has got no notice or news, then he does have the right to challenge it. However, it is best to seek some legal advice from experts and do the needful.
