One of the owner is NRI (daughter), father is GPA holder. To evade TDS and other taxes, he wants to get the property documents only in his name before selling it to us. We have got the loan sanctioned and ATS with 10% of cost has been signed. If the builder (BPTP) Transfer the documents only and only in father's name, then will the title of the property will be valid? Though the builder (BPTP) should itself refuse this transfer but might be possible by greasing the palm.
