This project lies close to my house; hence, I can share with you a detailed Pacifica Hillcrest review. I have been there twice so here is my observation and thoughts about it:

1. This project is being constructed by Pacifica Companies Builder, a renowned real estate developer so properties are reasonable and of good quality

2. The project will have 5 towers and 1,085 units available for sale

3. You will get 2, 3 and 4 BHK properties here

I agree with the Hillcrest Pacifica reviews, as others mentioned. This project is really worth investing in. Properties here range between Rs 93.93 lakhs and Rs 1.11 crores. During my visit there, I noted down the floorplan so you can check it out here:

possession date is December 2027 and everything appears to be going well with construction. I have been to the project site and I observed that the parking lot appears roomy and has an elevated ceiling. 

The bottom floor lobby area has a luxury hotel feel to it. The flats are extremely tiny but have huge enormous windows which provide good ventilation. But the balcony opens out into the pipes of the neighbouring unit. Quite an unexpected balcony view. The clubhouse is still under construction but I am hoping when the project is finished as a whole, it will look good. 

I saw you asking about the Pacifica Hillcrest Phase 2 and would like to share my experience of visiting the property. Both phases of this project have a combined 5-multi-storey tower with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. One thing I like is the Pacifica Hillcrest address, which is in Nanakramguda in the Financial District area. This is because the area is well-developed with all the essentials nearby. The Inorbit Mall isn’t far, you can reach the Continental Hospital within 2 kilometres, and a lot of reputed schools are nearby. This would be convenient for our children, once they start going to school. 

Moving over to the Pacifica Hillcrest price list, the range lies between Rs. 99 lakhs and Rs. 1.49 crores. We are looking to buy a 3 BHK, and this is a good deal in terms of the 1200 sq. ft. carpet area of the project. So, a big thumbs up from my side.

As Rashmi shared in her review, I too, felt that the Pacifica Hillcrest location is a major positive for us home buyers. I travelled around the 5 km radius in the area, and it is well-developed. Gachibowli in itself is one of the best areas in Hyderabad, and the facilities in this project are quite attractive, too. In the brochure, I found amenities like a swimming pool, air hockey, kids pool, skating rink, gymnasium, cafe, yoga room, and so much more. 

We also checked that the project is also registered under RERA with the Pacifica Hillcrest RERA number P02400003989. 

The one thing which doesn’t work in our favour is the Pacifica Hillcrest phase 2 price, which starts at Rs. 99 lakhs. This is a bit over our budget. So, we have halted our decision and are looking for other projects to compare and decide. 

The project is located in a good area where good infrastructure is present ie Gachibowli.

IIIT, ISB, University of Hyderabad, and National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management are a short drive away, as mentioned in many Pacifica Hillcrest reviews. Ganti Mohana Chandra Balayogi Athletic Stadium and Aquatic complex are located in the area. There is plenty of medical infrastructure and educational institutes in close proximity, Himagiri Hospitals, Sunshine Hospitals, Continental Hospitals, Prerana Waldorf School, Euro School Hyderabad, and Kendriya Vidyalaya -Gachibowli to name a few.
