Hi Tarun, my mother and I visited the project a while ago to check out the flat available here. So, I’d like to share my Park Titan review with you here. The project is located in Hinjewadi, which is amongst a few of the areas where we’d like to live. The connectivity is pretty good as the Pune-Mumbai Highway is just 3 minutes away, while the upcoming Maha Metro Station falls 800 metres from the project.  The proposed ring road will be about 3 km from the site and the petrol pump is also a km away. 

Coming to the Park Titan unit configuration, you’ll find 2 and 3 BHK apartments here with a total of 18 towers spread across 18 acres of land. Out of this, 7 acres have been kept for amenities and landscape. So, you can expect a lot of green spaces to walk and surround yourself with nature, which we felt was another plus.

We have our interest in the 2 BHK flat and the Park Titan unit size for the same ranges from 726 to 789 sq. ft, which we feel is decent. Another attraction for us was the amenities here. You’ll have a senior citizen plaza, a tennis court, a festival lawn, a fruit orchard, a pet park, an amphitheatre, an open gym, a butterfly garden, swimming pools and so much more.

As for the Park Titan price, it starts at Rs. 78.14 lakhs, which we feel is decent enough, given the offerings in terms of the house quality, amenities, etc. 

At present, the project is under construction. We are looking for a flat within the next 3 years, so we asked for the Park Titan possession date. The builder team shared the date as March 2028, which fits with our planning. Overall, we feel it's a good project and we may make the booking next week.

Park Titan Hinjewadi location is strategic. The address is Survey no. 40, 41, Hinjawadi-Marunji Link Road, Near, Laxmi Chowk Rd, Marunji, Pune, Maharashtra 411057. I believe investing here is profitable because of its locational advantages; 

  • Pune-Mumbai Highway - within 3 km

  • Baner - 9.0 km

  • Balewadi High Street - 8.8 km

  • Upcoming Maha Metro Station - 800 meters

  • Proposed Ring Road - within 3 km

Hi, This is a RERA-registered project and the Park Titan Hinjewadi RERA number are P52100031768, P52100034961, P52100049631. The location is convenient, with easy access to schools, shops, and transportation. The Park Titan Hinjewadi unit configuration is between 726 to 789 Sq.Ft for 2 BHK, 988 to 1212 Sq.Ft for 3 BHK. 

However, I am not willing to opt for this project because of the Park Titan Hinjewadi 2BHK price which starts from Rs. 80. 50 Lakhs. I am looking for a more affordable housing option in Hinjewadi. So I also visited another project named

Park Titan is an upcoming gated community with a Vaastu-compliant unit. The society will have 3 BHK flats starting at a price of ₹99 Lakh*. The society is currently under construction. The possession date is set for 2025. The builder, Pride Purple is developing the society on the Hinjewadi-Marunji Link Road, Pune. The sales team told me that the project is being designed using the latest housing technology. I had previously booked a unit in Park Titan, but I cancelled my booking because the project is currently under litigation as it falls under village limits. After looking at the complete floor plan and Park Titan review, I saw that the average specifications were used for the balcony railing, tiles, and kitchen. Though, I did like the diagonal layout concept of the unit as it provides ample light and ventilation. If you plan to buy a unit, I would suggest you clear all your doubts beforehand. Renowned IT Companies such as Wipro, Cognizant & Infosys; Upcoming Metro Station & recreational hubs are close to Park Titan. You should read my Park Titan review to get a better idea about the location. IBIS Pune Bhumkar Chowk and Vivanta Pune are 3 kilometres away. Famous schools such as VIBGYOR School & EuroSchool are within 2 km. Mumbai-Pune Expressway is 3 km away. The closest healthcare facility is Ruby Hall Clinic. I wanted to make sure the society (Park Titan) had modern amenities and infrastructure. The buy-in point seems decent given that there are facilities such as futsal/box cricket, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, open parking, a kids' pool, a fruit orchard, open parking, and an open-air gym within the boundary. I don't have a current Park Titan review about the interior as the facilities will be added near to possession date. There will be 24x7 security throughout the 17 acres of development. The floor plan claims that it has perfectly utilised the space with 3 BHK ranges from 970-1225 Sq. Ft. All 18 high-rise towers will have Ground + 23 Floors.
