What are the reviews of Parx Laureate Noida ?

Before visiting this Parx Laureate project, I wanted to see the Parx Laureate layout, I found the same from the websites of Parx Laureate. However, after visiting the project, I was informed that the price of 4 BHK apartments is Rs. 3 Cr. I felt that the price was exorbitant. Also, I found that the sales team and marketing people were quite rude.

I visited this project to book a Parx Laureate Noida resale apartment. While enquiring about the Parx Laureate price list, the sales team informed me that the price of apartments in this project ranges from Rs. 2.20 Cr - Rs. 5.10 Cr. I was under the assumption that the project is a ready-to-move one, and got completed in Nov 2022.
