The insurance copy and process claims were never provided to me, even after being charged for insurance. They damaged my TV and I have been waiting for 2 months to receive the claim and the GST bill. They additionally charged Rs. 500 as security deposit for box packaging of my fridge, washing machine and TV. But, my items were just bubble wrapped and the amount was not refunded, even after repeated follow-ups. They handled the items unprofessionally, resulting in broken glassware. Despite sharing photos and filing complaints, nobody responded. I would recommend not using their services.
