Planning to Buy 2BHK flat under 30 to 33 lakhs, I am choosing Raj Nagar Extension or Greater Noida. Which one is good for investment purpose?

Raj Nagar Extension is situated near NH-34 and NH-9 and is a developing residential locality in Ghaziabad. It is an emerging residential space as well as it has a great potential for investment. This due to the easy accessibility with Delhi, availability of affordable properties and sound connectivity with office / industrial areas in Noida and Ghaziabad. There are several completed and ongoing projects by famous and reputed developers and builders. When it comes to Greater Noida, it is another hotspot in Delhi NCR. I think it is the most well planned locality in the NCR. It is more meticulously planned than either Noida and Gurgaon. It is greener and has wider roads. The area is still developing but it has all the amenities and facilities. There is availability of metro as well to Greater Noida which makes commuting easier and convenient.
