What are the reviews of Prestige Jindal City, Bangalore?

The Prestige Jindal City pre launch price is the best attribute. Before it was launched, I reserved a 3 BHK with a 1013 sq ft carpet size. Although the Prestige Jindal City 3BHK price is more than Rs 1 Crore, I believe it to be extremely affordable given its surroundings and the services it offers. I have now been a member of this society for three months. This is undoubtedly one of the most lovely gated communities in west Bangalore, I must say. This is built such that each one will have adequate ventilation and lighting. This is my review. Please share yours as well.

The residential complex Prestige Jindal City in Bangalore's Manjunatha Nagar is on track to set new standards. Due to its proximity to the Nagasandra Metro Station, the project, which was introduced in 2018, has drawn a lot of attention. Due to the adjoining IKEA store, the Prestige Jindal City location is even more appealing. This project is also close to the intersection of Nice Road. 

The apartment complex is really high-quality and offers all the desired amenities. However, the management of space in the units is a constraint. The Club House is a stunning structure that will undoubtedly be the campus's jewel in the shroud. I have reserved a two-bedroom flat here. The Prestige Jindal City 2BHK price for me was Rs 90 lakhs. The Prestige Jindal City possession date that I received was July 2023. I will rate 5 out of 5 to this project.

I was surprised by the Prestige Jindal City price, club house's top-notch facilities and the vast open area. Prestige Jindal City address is

Tumkur Main Road, 7th Cross Rd, Manjunatha Nagar, Bagalakunte, Bengaluru, 560073. It is

situated on the Bangalore–Pune Expressway and also has metro access. Prestige Jindal City construction status is completed. You will find Shanthala Theatre at just 3 km and Royal Mart Supermarket at 2.5 km. I think it will be a very promising area for investing in real estate. And the Prestige Jindal City Rera number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180406/001495. I believe it is worth purchasing the property here from every angle.

I just want to walk you through one of my Prestige Jindal City complaints. I personally verified the materials used by the interior designing vendors and found that they were the lowest quality in the market. I have also seen that they would bring plywood from Kerala and use cheap materials. It will affect the Prestige Jindal City resale price in the future. One of my colleagues was cheated by this vendor when he opted for this interior designing service. If this is what we get after paying this much Prestige Jindal City price, we should think twice. Therefore I suggest you take caution if you are about to purchase a property here.

In my opinion, it is the finest property to purchase in Bangalore and has 75% open space. It also has tonnes of facilities and is connected to a metro station. I have seen that there are 1 BR, 2 BR, 3 BR, and 4 BR options available. And the Prestige Jindal City price starts from Rs.82 Laks. From what I have seen, the Prestige Jindal City floor plan is thoughtfully designed. I believe it is a well-planned floor plan that provides each home with adequate sunlight and airflow. From what I know, the Prestige Jindal City launch date was September 2021. So think of investing here if it suits your needs.
