The locality of Charholi Budruk has a lot of commute options through bus. You have the DY Patil Vidyapeeth bus stop 700 metres away, while the Park Spring Society and Pride Ashiyana Society bus stops are 1.3 km away. In terms of healthcare, you have the Sai Hospital and Orchid Hospital 2-3 km from the property. All this makes the Pride World City location a good one in my view.

The area of our 2 BHK is also decent with a carpet area of 714 sq. ft, with ventilation and ample sunlight entering the house. Coming to the Pride World City 2BHK price, you can expect it to be around Rs. 71 lakhs, but it can depend on the seller and the exact flat condition.

We recently locked the deal for a 3 BHK house in Pride World. A friend of ours suggested to us the society, and we were impressed with the house.
