What are the reviews of Lancor Infinys Kilkattalai, Chennai?

This is one of the best projects I have seen so far. As I was looking for a project whose possession was very close, I came across a few online Celeste at Brigade reviews. A few weeks after learning about it, I visited the Celeste at Brigade location, which is Chanakyan Main Road, Annamalai Avenue, Mogappair West, Nolambur, Chennai. This location is close to my office, which is HCL Technologies. After visiting, I also enquired about the Celeste at Brigade possession date, which is December 2025. The sales team also informed me that this is a RERA registered project and the  Celeste at Brigade RERA number, is TN/29/Building/0018/2021 dated 21/01/2021. I was very satisfied and thus I bought a 2 BHK apartment. 

My cousin brother recently bought an apartment in this project. I asked him about the Lancor Infinys price that he paid, and he said that the amount was Rs. 1.19 Crore. He also informed me about the Lancor Infinys unit configuration, which was 2 BHK +2T, 3 BHK + 2T, and 3 BHK + 3T. My brother had purchased  a 2 BHK +2T apartment. He suggested that I purchase an apartment here as the project is in a great location and has quite a lot of benefits. I am planning to visit the project in a few days before deciding whether to buy a unit here or not. 

No Lancor Infinys review is incomplete without the mention of amenities available. For me, I need to have a pool where I live. According to my research Lancor Infinys has the following features :

  I give amenities in this residential project 4/5.

The project Lancor Infinys is located in an upcoming area. The under-construction metro station (Phase 2): Keelkattalai offers easy transportation along with Pallavaram Railway Station. A point to note in my Lancor Infinys review is the closeness to educational and medical infrastructure. Srujana International School, GGN International School, Dhaya International School, Vista Billabong High International School, Avinash Hospitals Pvt Ltd, Srinivasan Rajalakshmi Memorial Hospital, Sanmedis Healthcare Pvt Ltd, KF Hospital, and Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospital to name a few. Entertainment options like Phoenix Marketcity and Grand Square Shopping Mall are nearby. VAELS Ravindra Bharathi School is a short walk away.
