What are the reviews of Ace City, Noida Extension, Greater Noida?

I recently visited the project site by following the ACE City Greater Noida address given on google maps. For your ease, I will share the address here as well. It is ACE City, gh-01, sector-01 Greater Noida (West), Ace City Noida Extension, Sector 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306, 201305. I am considering booking this property in Noida as its close to my office.

I began going through websites comparing ACE City Noida extension resale and ACE City resale price. Buyers can choose from 2 and 3 BHK apartments. According to ACE City floor plan,  the 2 BHK super area is 101.26 Sq. Mtr to 123.09 Sq. Mtr.. the super area of 2.5 BHK is 128.67 Sq. Mtr. The Super area of 3BHK is 142.14 Sq. Mtr.You can convert the size into square feet by calculating 1 sq. mtr. = 10.764 sq. ft, 304.8 =1’-0”

ACE City layout is one of the best I have seen. The panoramic view from the flat, both park side and roadside are good. Residents get ample & dedicated car and bike parking. The society is beautifully designed though I believe that the construction quality could have been better. For the price, I expect the ebay construction material to be used.
