My sister lives in the Apex Athena Sec 75 Noida and she loves the lush green landscapes surrounding the project. She lives in a 2 BHK apartment and I found it very elegant. The apartment has

• Laminated wooden flooring for all the bedrooms

• The walls are painted with oil-bound distemper

• For the living area flooring they have used vitrified tiles

I received a negative review about the Apex Athena Sec 75 Noida project. My friend has bought an apartment there and mentioned that the builder kept on adding unnecessary charges which increased the total amount quite a lot. Some other problems she is facing nowadays are-

• Lack of maintenance

• Amenities like gym, lobby area, parking space and more are not at all maintained

• The fittings in the bathroom mainly are not at all of good quality and need repair quite often

• No proper electricity or even water supply

• Roads outside this project needs repair but no one pays heed to it

She booked an apartment after seeing the Apex Athena layout but is not happy at all living here.  Based on her review I will rate this project 1.3/ 5.
