What are the reviews of Apex Golf Avenue, Noida Extension, Greater Noida West?

Before sharing any details about this project, let me share the Apex Golf Avenue Noida extension address first. It is located in Sports City 1 Sec 1 Noida Extension, Amrapali Leisure Valley, Greater Noida. My in-laws moved in there in 2021 so I am well aware of this project. My mother-in-law had been advised to live in a pollution-free environment and that is why this project is perfect.

• Apex Golf Avenue has 90% of its area allocated to recreation with a rich green focal mood. Living amid nature is all you can want, and here you are sure to get that

• The entire project is spread across 4.94% acres and 70% of it is dedicated to open space

• There are 5 buildings within 733 units available here

• Their big lap swimming pool is something you might not have seen before

• There are 9 hole golf course so golf lovers, please visit this project at least once

• You will also get a pool side lounge and cafe here and it looks great, especially at night

The apex golf avenue possession date was in 2019 and almost all of the apartments have been sold by now. Only a few are left. Investing here is totally worth it and it will have a good resale in the future for sure. Do not worry about whether Apex Golf Avenue RERA approved or not. It is. 

I went out to check on the project Apex Golf Avenue, Noida Extension, mainly last year but since

seemed closer to my in-laws’ house, I booked an apartment later. During our visit to Apex Golf Avenue, we were shown an apartment and the Apex Golf Avenue flat price was 89 lakhs for 2 BHK. Now to be honest, it was the budget for which we canceled our plan of having an apartment there and moved to Aastha Greens. In Aastha Greens, the apartments start at Rs 77.18 lakhs for 2 BHK.

• This project is spread across 5 acres of land, has 4 towers and has 636 units

• It is a RERA approved and ready to move in project 

• It is a two side open project with a luxury club house and all modern amenities

Apex Golf Avenue construction update is ready-to-move. If you don’t know then let me tell you that the Apex Golf Avenue possession date is June 2019 and I feel it is the best investment that I have ever made. It offers studio apartments and apartments in a range of price points which I found really suitable for my budget. The best thing about the property is its location. I have been living in Greater Noida for the past 6 years and I know that it is one of the prime locations to buy a home in Greater Noida. It also has a sports city sited next door and the most convenient thing for me is the City Center Metro Station which is just 10 10-minute drive from Apex Gold Avenue. I would surely recommend this property to all of my friends and family.

I enquired about Apex Golf Avenue when came across it while hunting for good properties in Greater Noida. I really liked the Apex Golf Avenue floor plan and the pricing set for it. The prices of the 2, 3 and 4 BHK flats range between₹ 65 L and 1.49 Cr. Also, the super built-up area is 1137 sq. ft. for 2 BHK flats. For 3 BHK flats, it ranges between 1369 to 2115 sq. ft. and for 4 BHK it is 2599 sq. ft. I was really impressed by the Apex Golf Avenue price list so I even visited the property site and talked to a few owners there. They informed me that the resale value of the properties is also quite good. The resale value of the configurations ranges somewhere between ₹ 72.5 L to ₹ 1.6 Cr.

I would say that the builders at Apex Golf Avenue are epitome of dishonesty. They encourage buyers like me to take possession without an OC and ask for extra fees when we actually take possession of the property, such as advance maintenance for two years even though the BBA only has a provision for one year, backup costs, etc. The Apex Golf Avenue complaints don’t just end here. They showed me a different sample apartment but gave me a way smaller apartment. This builder is not trustworthy. Before investing your hard-earned money, think twice.

My relatives live in a flat in this project, so I can share their Apex Golf Avenue reviews with you. They told us that they don’t even have all the basic amenities in the society and the builder has encroached on the parking area for his personal use and is trying to sell the open parking.

They also told us about a fire incident where the fire alarm wasn’t activated. The fire officer audited the society but they still haven’t received an inspection report even after many follow-ups.

Moreover, when my relatives took possession of the flat, they paid the stamp paper amount to the Authority but they are still dealing with the registry issue as well as the Apex Golf Avenue occupancy certificate issue.

I am planning to purchase a 3 BHK apartment in Noida, so I asked a friend if he knows of any good projects in this city. He told me about this project and shared its pictures which I really liked.
