In his Arvind Belair review, the clever layout of the dining and living room areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and terrace is a benefit. The sitting room is spacious and sufficient, and the kitchen and dining area are both beautifully designed. He said the rooms and adjacent areas provide alternatives for uses such as clothes drying, etc. so I think this option will be the cherry on the cake.

When you make a reservation, they make a lot of promises, but they do not follow through on any of them. They haven't even built a suitable compound wall around the property. They are just supporting an old wall, which I think will collapse within a couple of years. I think they are building things very slowly and the bedroom doors' dimensions are too narrow. So I suggest you look out for more options if you are thinking of investing.
Me and my father paid a visit to this property last month. So I can give you my brief Arvind Belair review. From what we have seen, the construction is still going on here. We talked with one of their representatives to know about the configuration of the flats. He said it comprises 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments with carpet areas of 792, 956 and 1066 sq ft. So after seeing all the details, we are thinking of buying a 2 BHK in this property. But we are still a little confused about the locality. I think we must explore some more projects around here.
