What are the reviews of ATS Destinaire, Noida Extension?

I am myself quite curious to know all the details of ATS Destinaire and might book a 3 BHK there if everything goes well. I visited this project 4 months back and the officials said that the ATS Destinaire possession date is November 2026. 3 years are still left hence I am trying to go through the ATS Destinaire layout and details minutely before investing crores in it. The starting price of the apartments is from Rs 1.25 Crore onwards. The ATS Destinaire location is also great. You can travel to any place easily and will get schools, hospitals, malls, highways and more in close proximity.

I was shown a demo apartment and loved it for its look and materials. Let me share some details about the apartments

• For flooring they have used vitrified tiles in living rooms, kitchens and lobbies

• For the bedrooms wooden/vitrified tiles have been used

• Ceramic tiles have been used in servant rooms and toilets

• The marble staircases look absolutely stunning and elegant

• They have used texture paint for the exterior walls

• For the inner walls and ceilings they have used oil bound distemper

• The modular kitchen counters are made of granite/ marble

They have indeed spent a lot which delighted me to a great extent. I will rate this project 3/ 5 as of now. If I get more updates, I shall share them with you here.

ATS Destinaire Greater Noida is too expensive as per the location. I visited this project last year and it was just okay. The proper ATS Destinaire address is

GH-14a, Sector 1, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306. Also, it got launched in 2019 and is planning to wrap it up by 2026 which is quite late, to be honest. 

Let me share the updates as of early 2022

• Excavation is complete only for Tower 1

• PPC is done for it as well

• However the rafted steel binding is still in progress

• Pcc for raft has got completed

• Lift pit casting is also done

• Lower basement roof cast is done

• The 1st-floor column steel binding was in progress that time

• Pcc for the raft is complete

• Lift pit casting is complete

• Lower basement roof slab cast and ground floor slab cast is done

• Ground 1st floor column casted slab shuttering is however in progress

• Tower raft is complete

• Lower basement roof is also complete

• 2nd-floor column cast is done but slab shuttering is in progress

Tower 12, 14, 15 is also in progress and overall I felt the work process was slow.

So just go and check yourself whether you want to invest here or not.

I am satisfied that I have booked an apartment at the Tower 15 of the ATS Destinaire, Noida extension. I chose this project primarily because it is in Greater Noida West, and because the ATS Destinaire is a well-planned development with all the amenities needed for a happy lifestyle. I was a little sceptical about the Tower 15 apartment in

ATS Destinaire possession date.

To my question, the CRM responded with the ATS Destinaire construction update and informed me that the possession will start from September 2026. They provided me with detailed info about the construction update of tower 15;

• Excavated

• PCC completed

• Raft steel completed

• Tower no 15 rafts are 100% completed

• Tower no 15 LB roof slab casted

• Ground floor casted

• 1st-floor slab shuttering in progress

The construction is also going on in a full-fledged manner in towers 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 14. Also, the ATS Destinaire Phase 1 is registered under RERA, and the ATS Destinaire

RERA number is UPRERAPRJ417134. 

I hope everything goes well, and we can move to our dream home in a hassle-free way.
