I have had many insightful sessions with the sales executive who walked me through all the details of the flats as well as the locality of the project. I am yet to decide if I want to invest here. From what I observed, the construction and quality are good. They have proposed ample space for morning walks even in the limited space around the society. You can get a 3 BHK apartment for 1 Crore in a perfect location. But mind you the carpet area is around 700 sq ft.; which in my opinion is small for a 3BHK apartment. But if this configuration sounds good to you, you can invest here.
