I am planning to buy a flat in Brigade Buena Vista because I think they are offering apartments at an affordable budget range between ₹45 lakh to ₹75 lakh. As far as I remember, the size of apartments ranges from 760 square feet to 2440 square feet. In my opinion, the biggest plus point of this project is its location which offers easy and smooth connectivity to the IT hub of Whitefield. Proximity to Airport and Byappanahalli Metro Station is another benefit.

My friend who has an apartment in the Brigade Buena Vista told me that it has been sold as a luxury project but the reality is far from it. He told me that he is facing these issues in this project:
No potable water facility or source (he has to rely on tankers)
Flooding of parking lots
The developers are selling partially covered parking as covered parking lots
Inadequate club facilities
Rains water enters floors and lifts
Basic amenities like garbage bins are not there
Poor quality maintenance

My relatives live in an apartment in this project and I have visited their home a couple of times, so I can share my Brigade Buena Vista review. I think the incredible surroundings and the modern amenities (like a swimming pool, steam room, waiting lounge, etc.) make this project a good place to settle in with your family. I also like how peaceful everything is there. Moreover, the apartments are well-ventilated and feature stunning exteriors and interiors and high-end fittings and fixtures, which make them look more attractive.
