I have booked a flat here and Brigade has a good reputation in the market, which made us consider this property in the first place. The design is well done and the place isn’t far from the main road either. 

The Brigade Citadel address is in Ashok Marg, Moti Nagar, which has several commute options close by. There’s Erragadda bus stop, Ameerpet Metro station and Hyderabad Metro Rail Train Station around the project. In all, you get a good balance of everything here and can consider the homes.

We visited the place to have a look at the 2 and 3 BHK flats on sale last month. Here, you’ll find 200 units of 2 and 3 BHK homes in total. I would say that the homes are decently spaced, with 2 and 3 BHK homes ranging from 764 to 1174 sq. ft. in area. The project area is quite big though, spanning 11 acres. You’ve got good amenities like an aerobics room, badminton, basketball, and tennis courts, housekeeping, and visitor parking. 

Talking about the Brigade Citadel price, it starts at Rs. 95 lakhs, which is a bit high for the budget we have. Still, we have kept this under our list as we do like the place as a whole. We also checked for legal clearance and the project is registered under RERA. The number is P02200004085 if you want to crosscheck. 

My friend did not have a good experience with the sales team of Brigade Citadel. He was interested in buying this project because he liked the brand and trusted the initial sales pitch. He lives in Bangalore and travelled to Hyderabad to seal the deal. He waited for around 45 minutes until the salesperson showed up. He told me that they told him one price during the inquiry and another upon reaching the site. I am planning to invest in this project mainly because of its location, so I can tell you about the same in this Brigade Citadel review. It is located in Moti Nagar that is one of the well-developed localities in Hyderabad. Best of all, one can reach Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (39 km) within around a one-hour drive via Nehru Outer Ring Road from Moti Nagar. You will also find some schools (Don Bosco School, The Creek Planet School, etc.) and malls (Dmart and Big Bazaar) nearby this project.

I don’t like anything more than comfort and convenience and that’s why I really liked this project.
