What are the reviews of Brigade Parkside East, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore?

I booked a Brigade Parkside East resale flat. Due to my absolute dissatisfaction, I am writing this review. For their pitiful customer service during the sale and the management's dedication towards delivering the project on time, I would like to rate them with one star. Brigade's reputation was what led us to purchase our home, but we were wrong.  Since the pandemic, there are three delays to the Brigade Parkside East possession due date. The Brigade continued to sell the apartments and even start new developments despite the Pandemic. Only active projects were put on hold.

I visited this Brigade Parkside East project. The address of this project is Hadosiddapura Road, Sarjapur Road, Chikkannahalli, near St. Stephens Marthoma Church, Bangalore, Karnataka 560035. The sale team informed me that the Brigade Parkside East price of 1 BHK is 53 Lakh Onwards (All-Inclusive Prices), and for 2 BHK is Rs. 84 Lakh Onwards (All-Inclusive Prices).

So, the Parkside East by Brigade possession is due in September 2022. Now, the sales team is saying that they have obtained the OC and they have also provided some links. But oh! The damn links never open. They are not working! If this is not shocking to you, I would like to share a little bit about the infrastructure. This property is marketed as a luxury project. But the basements and the parking lots get flooded when it rains. Besides, there is no portable water facility. The management system is horrible because they are nowhere to be found when needed the most. Don't invest in this project, this is what my verdict is!

I literally paid the booking amount to purchase a property and I feel like I am ghosted. When I first contacted them before paying the booking amount they always picked up my call and even asked me to invest here although the property hasn't obtained the OC. Their exact words were "We've already applied for OC, and we will receive it any time soon".  They also said they will proceed with the Khata registration only after they obtain OC. After paying the booking fee, they are not responding to my calls. I am really undignified as a customer. I feel like I was looted. Please be careful before investing in this project and ask genuine customers for Parkside East by Brigade review.
