What are the reviews of Brigade Xanadu, Mogappair, Chennai?

I believe the Brigade Xanadu resale value is going to be good especially because of the amenities it provides. Shubhra has already mentioned them but I would like to add a few more to the list. This project has-

• Community Gardening Area

• Lotus Ponds

• Indoor Play

• Courts

• Rooftop

• Swimming Pool

• Gazebos

• Amphitheatre

• Kids Play Area

• Shopping Arcade

• Coffee Shop

Brigade Xanadu completion date is December 2019 so yes, it is a bit old project. You can collect a number of reviews about it hence. Here is the complete Brigade Xanadu location-

Brigade Xanadu address is easily accessible so that is really a plus point but other than that, I did not like the project. Let me list the issues of this project here-

• No designated parking area for bikes

• No EV charging ports for individual apartments

• Poor maintenance

• Not enough greenery as promised

They delayed handing over the apartment to my friend so shall not recommend it to anyone. And also the
