Hey Garima. I came across your query. I’d like to share my Casagrand Boulevard review as I have booked a 2 BHK flat here. The property area is pretty big, spanning across 7.6 acres of land. Apart from the 2 BHK, you’ll also find 1 and 3 BHK flats in the Casagrand Boulevard unit configuration. The locality of Visthar where this property is located has got all the essentials. The Chikkagubbi bus stop is just 1.2 km away, while Medi Derma and Cratis Hospitals are 2-4 km from here.
The Casagrand Boulevard unit size for the 2 BHK is decent in my view, with a carpet area of 700 sq. ft. I wanted to be sure that the society had gained legal approval from RERA authorities, so I checked the RERA number and found it. The Casagrand Boulevard RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/201001/003629. I think you can consider the flats here as the society has a good balance of everything.

Hello there. We recently booked a 3 BHK apartment in Boulevard developed by Casagrand Builders. They have developed a lot of properties in the city and have a reputed image. When we visited the site, we were quite happy with the vast area, open land and amenities here. You get visitor’s parking, an amphitheatre, a golf course, a spa and sauna, a swimming pool, an aerobics room, a gym and lots more. When it comes to the Casagrand Boulevard price, it's Rs. 1.39 crores. I suggest you visit the place and then see if you like the properties on offer.

I work in Manyata Tech Park and once, while coming back from that area, I decided to check out the Casagrand Boulevard project with one of my colleagues. It is such a wonderful project. The Casagrand Boulevard possession date is set for December 2024 and about 90% of it has already been completed. Some major aspects of this project that I completed and loved are:
This project has constructed all houses as per Vastu norms and has no dead space
They will be providing high-end smart home specifications along with comfort and grandness
I forgot the exact number of amenities but there are 75+
The master bedrooms will have air purifiers installed
Here, you will get 528 apartments over a stretch of 7.67 acres of land
You will get 1, 2, 3 and even 4 BHK apartments here
I was planning to have a 3 BHK in the future so I asked there for the Casagrand Boulevard 3 BHK price and learned it will cost around Rs.5599/Sqft. This project is actually something one dreams of.

The Casagrand Boulevard location is easily accessible. It is just 10 minutes from the Manyata Tech Park, located on Hennur Main Road. The project is a good one and affordable as well. When I visited it to check the Casagrand Boulevard price for 1 BHK, I was told it would cost me around Rs 38.12 lakh. The built up area is also good. It is around 681 Sq ft - 690 Sq ft for 1 BHK. But to be honest, I liked
Sobha Victoria Park, Hennur Main Road, more. I actually trust Sobha Builders more; maybe that’s why. The price is higher in Sobha but the apartments are so well-themed. It will be completed in December 2027 so there is enough time. You can check both of these projects and then decide which one will suit you more.

Here is my Casagrand builder review. Casagrand builders are not worthy to be trusted at all. When I visited the project, this is what I noticed
There are no fire-fighting arrangements
CCTV is just for show. They don't work
When I visited the project I got a foul smell and astonishingly last month when my friend visited it, she also found the same issue. It is just because of their poor plumbing fittings and system.
The amenities they are providing are very common. In fact, most of the amenities are yet under construction and of substandard quality so nothing much to hype about
So for
Casagrand Boulevard Bangalore, It is a BIG NO for me.

Casagrand builder review is actually not great everywhere. The worst part is they assure you to give a refund once you cancel any deal but it's a myth. They never refund money. It has been almost 4 months since I booked an apartment in Casagrand Boulevard Bangalore but soon had to cancel it. They are either not picking up my calls or giving lame excuses. I don’t know how to get my money back so shall ask you not to invest any money here.

Casagrand Boulevard Bangalore is providing 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments starting from Rs 68 lakhs onwards. I love the project because all the apartments are Vastu-compliant
. They have about 528 homes spread across 7.67 acres of land.
Here is an approx idea about the apartments
1 BHK of 681 - 690 sq ft is Rs 37 lakhs onwards
2 BHK of 1099 - 1232 sq ft is from Rs 60 lakhs onwards
3 BHK of 1620 - 1731 sq ft is from about Rs 88 lakhs
4 BHK of 2265 sq ft and its price has not yet been revealed.
I am yet to know all details about the
Casagrand builder so not giving any Casagrand builder review as of now.

My father-in-law is planning to invest in a 1 BHK apartment in Casagrand Boulevard because he believes it would get them a good rental income. Plus, thanks to upcoming projects such as SEZ, a 3000-acre govt. project, and a nearby metro station, the prices of apartments in this project are sure to increase in near future. As far as I know, the project offers a carpet area of 681-2277 square feet for 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. I have a Casagrand Boulevard floor plan of 1 BHK, so I am attaching the same.

We have booked a 3 BHK flat in this project because it is close to our business location. I want to tell you that Casagrand Boulevard is ideal for working families because it offers excellent connectivity. It is situated in Hennur Main Road, which is well known for being equidistant from Thanisandra Road, Old Madras Road, Manyata Tech Park, Outer Ring Road, and many other key locations in North Bangalore. This project provides easy access to many hospitals (Icon Hospital), schools (Good Shepherd High School), tech parks (Manyata Embassy Business Park), and so much more.
