What are the reviews of Casagrand Zenith, Medavakkam, Chennai?

My father-in-law recently booked an apartment in Casagrand Zenith and seemed very happy with the project. The exact Casagrand Zenith address is

Mambakkam Main Rd, Sithalapakkam, Krishnaveni Nagar, Vengaivasal, Chennai. It is just 5 mins from the Medavakkam Junction. They are providing 2 and 3 BHK apartments out of which some are ready to move in but some are under construction. The

Casagrand Zenith possession date was set for April 2022 but all the apartments failed to get completed within this stipulated time. However, most of them are complete and already sold out. My father-in-law booked a 2 BHK here and is assured to be handed over by June 2023 as per their revised possession date. 

We loved this project as

• The apartments are Vastu compliant

• It is one of the largest gated communities with 24*7 CCTV surveillance

• There are about 82 amenities available here

• Spacious apartments that ensure proper ventilation

Casagrand Zenith address or location is really good for which I even planned to buy an apartment here but had to cancel it later. I paid Rs 10,000 as token money but due to some financial problems, I had to back off. I asked them to refund the money as assured by the sales team but till date, they have not refunded the amount. They do not even respond to my calls or emails so please beware. It was my mistake to have not gone through the Casagrand Zenith complaints before investing here. Some other problems you will face here are-

• They revise the price every month. Don’t believe their brochure. Once you visit the project, you will learn about their hidden charges which will eventually raise the price a lot. 

• You will get a 24*7 oil smell coming out of the oil factory located in close proximity to this project

• Delay in handing over the project

If rumours are to be believed, phase 2 will not get wrapped up before 2024. Please be very careful before investing any money here.

This Casagrand Zenith review is sure to help you if you are looking to buy an apartment in this project. The appeal of the Medavakkam junction and the brand name of CasaGrand Builders is a huge boost, which makes it ideal for investment purposes. And in my opinion, the pricing of apartments is reasonable as compared to other under-construction apartments in this location.

I also loved beautiful landscapes with over 75% open areas all around apartments, which makes it even more special. However, you might have to deal with traffic during peak hours while accessing Central Chennai and Grand Southern Trunk (GST) Highway.
