What are reviews of Chandak GreenAiry, Borivali East, Mumbai?

My friend is thinking about buying an apartment in Chandak GreenAiry and he told me that the prices of apartments in this project range from Rs. 1.2 crores to Rs. 1.7 crores. At first, I thought these prices were a bit too high but then he started talking about the amenities. He told me there’s an enormous clubhouse in this project, where people can seek after the exercises to their advantage. Plus, this project also has a running track, multipurpose corridor, theatre, swimming, and loads of green spaces. After knowing about all these amenities, I found the prices quite reasonable.

My daughter studies at Cambridge School which is around 1.5 km away from Chandak GreenAiry, so I can tell you about its location. To be honest, this project is in an inclusive and diverse neighbourhood with rapidly developing infrastructure, corporate hubs like Wadhwa Technopark, schools like Oxford International School, hospitals like Surbhi Life Care Hospital, and highways. Best of all, it is situated right on the Western Express Highway and is very close to the Magathane metro station.

I am planning to buy a 2 BHK for self-use and I just have one requirement, i.e. there should be greenery around the project. That’s when my uncle told me about Chandak GreenAiry. My main concern when buying a home was that it should not put a strain on my finances. I didn't want to give up any of the conveniences or the advantages of the location. As a result, I was carefully conducting research and soliciting advice from acquaintances. That's when a friend recommended Chandak Greenairy to me.

So, I started focusing my research on this project and found that the prices were not very affordable for the 1 and 2 BHK apartments being offered by them. I read some Chandak Greenairy review and also paid a visit to see the size of the rooms myself and found that the dimensions of the room were quite small starting at ₹1.15 Cr  and ₹1.20 Cr for a 418 sq. ft. and 435 Sq. Ft. 1 BHK house, respectively. So, I would suggest you do your research before investing in Chandak Greenairy.

My husband and I had been looking for an apartment that was close to the Borivali Railway Station and a metro station, as well as being within our budget. My spouse works for the Indian Railways and was just transferred to the Borivali Railway Station. I looked up the Chandak Greenairy review on various platforms and discovered that multispecialty hospitals such as Surbhi Life Care Hospital (1.2km), Lifeline Medicare Hospital (1.6km), Apex Multispeciality Hospital (1.8km), Seven Star Multispeciality Hospital (2.7km), and Sanchaiti Super Specialty Hospital (3.2km) were all within close proximity. That's when I decided to pay a visit to the property. The Chandak Greenairy evaluation was accurate in terms of its location advantages. However, I read a Chandak Greenairy review that claimed the salespeople and RM assigned to them were nasty and disrespectful. Although I cannot agree with this rating because I have never had any problems with salespeople. However, before investing in this project, I recommend that you conduct a thorough background investigation and review your requirements.
