DB Ozone price is really affordable. I really wonder, in a city like Mumbai, where you will find such affordable housing options. My sister has been there twice and will be finalising a 1.5 BHK here, so let me share the details she shared with me about this project:

  • DB Ozone is located off the Western Expressway at Dahisar and enjoys superb connectivity. Commuting to any place from here is really smooth.

  • DB Ozone area is 14 acres and the apartments here enjoy great ventilation 

  • DB Ozone has the tallest tower in the Suburbs

  • Residents can enjoy here breathtaking views of the 4000 acres of verdant green of Aarey and Sanjay Gandhi National Park

  • Landscaping & Tree Planting, Aggregate Area of Recreational Open Space and other extraordinary amenities are available here

My sister seemed delighted with the project, so based on her review, I will rate it 10/ 10. But of course, you must visit it once before finalising anything.

I was interested in buying a 2 BHK, so I asked a friend living in this project to share with me a DB Ozone review and learnt about the major aspects of it. Here are some of them:

  • DB Ozone RERA number has been assigned, and it is P51700003433

  • The DB Ozone 1 BHK price starts from around Rs 55 lakhs

  • This project was completed two years ago in December 2020, so you will get 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK ready-to-move-in properties here

  • This is a pet-friendly project 

Connectivity is great, but at times, the roads get congested and this is the only problem she mentioned. Now, every area in Mumbai is congested, so it seems to be okay for me. I am planning to check it out once, so if possible, I shall share another review with you.

I'm the owner here, and a lot of things were promised to us but never materialised. The swimming pool, garden area, clubhouse, gym, and play area were promised but have not yet materialised. The drinking water tastes bad and there are problems with water drainage. There were 8 apartments on my floor, but when I gained ownership, only one was occupied. The people who already bought the apartment are now having trouble selling it. 

There is also no BMC water here. We always need to replace the filter once a week since we got a purifier to treat the water. There is not a single shop where one can buy vegetables.

Additionally, the DB Ozone floor plan is also very expensive. 1 BHK price starts from₹48.33 lacs, 1.5 BHK price starts from ₹65.58 lacs and 2 BHK price starts from ₹67.77 lacs. So exercise caution when making decisions about investing here.

I would say that DB Ozone is a good property all around. The property is also RERA registered and the DB Ozone Dahisar RERA number is

P51700003433. When I first went to the property site in 2020, I realised that

in addition to a bus stop, a metro station is being built right in front of the building. I also noticed that DB Ozone is only 3–4 kilometres away from Mira Road station. 60% of apartments are occupied. Here, many festivals are also observed. I have been a member of this society since 2021. We recently observed the Ganpati festival. Within this structure, there is a Shiv mandir. A metro station called Pandurang Wadi is right across from this society near Thakur Mall and is expected to open in 2024.

I am happy with my choice of investment here. You can also invest here without a thought.

DB Ozone Dahisar address is Ketkipada, Dahisar East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400068. I visited this property with my uncle and I must tell you that it's an extremely big property. It has roughly 40 structures housing more than 4,000 apartments.

But I noticed that there are network problems in the complex. I also felt that the DB Ozone Dahisar prices are really high. In addition, the crowd is not great. The parking lobby is also terrible; it's not kept up, and it's not safe for kids because of the mosquitoes. 

I would also say that the DB Ozone construction quality is also very poor. However, some structures are good and have spacious apartments with unobstructed views. Back in 2016, there were protests and people came on road to get DB Ozone Dahisar's possession of many flats.

I am not very impressed with the property.

I will be honest with my DB Ozone Dahisar review. They have introduced some high-class amenities like street lighting, ATMs, recreation facilities, internal roads, multipurpose hall, cricket pitch, sewage treatment, fire fighting system, gated community. The Security of this project is quite good and well-equipped facilities are introduced for better and convenient living. I would suggest dealing with this property for better future returns or perfect family living. These growth factors will have an even greater impact on property values in the Mumbai Andheri-Dahisar area with improved metro connectivity, luxurious lifestyle and other infrastructure improvements. I observed that in terms of connectivity, Film City, Western Express Highway, International Airport, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mahanagar CNG Station, Shivmudra University, Amarjyoti High School, Thakur Mall, Central Mall, Nana-Nani Park, New York Chemist, Dahisar, Orbit Superspeciality Hospital and some other beautiful locations are easily accessible from here. The Mumbai enclave of Dahisar (East) Andheri-Dahisar has some of Mumbai's most reputable housing societies, making it an ideal area for those looking for a residential property for themselves or as an investment. Some of the location advantages are as follows.

1) Sanjeevani World School: 1.5 km

2) Dahisar Metro Station: 1.4 km
