What are the reviews of DLF Parc Estate, Siruseri, Chennai?

The floor plan provides a realistic impression of the area covered, room proportions, and house layout. The floor plans are available in 600, 650, 1200, 1500, 1800, and 2400 square feet in the super area. I have heard that the bathrooms have top-notch fixtures installed. The DLF Parc estate price stands at Rs. 19.2 lakh for 24000 sq. ft. I am thinking of purchasing a plot here.

I booked a plot in the DLF Parc estate Chennai. I found the sales team to be extremely unprofessional. I waited nearly a month for the receipt after my booking. They are yet to provide me with the receipt. The fact that none of them contacted me to give me an update is even more astonishing. I'm cancelling the booking. When I paid the deposit for my DLF plot purchase, I was very happy. I now question my decision after learning that they have high-level, unprofessional staff. Despite my warnings to escalate, they showed no interest.

I visited the DLF plots Siruseri, I am not at all satisfied with the project. They acted in a wholly unprofessional manner. They told lies regarding the underground electric lines however, I saw that the electric lines were overhead. I was deceived as I booked one thing but ultimately they were planning to deliver another. As an NRI buyer, I paid a 2 lakh advance for a plot at 3250 Rs/sqft. as a pre-launch deal, however, the price increased to Rs. 4000 at the time of allotment. Previously, I purchased properties from Sobha, Godrej Properties, and Mahindra, among other companies, but I would like to say that it is better if you do not invest in this property. I'm still awaiting the processing of the reimbursement.
