by Spanish and Italian Renaissance design, and the royal and elegant style can be felt as soon as you enter them. He has asthma, so he wanted to buy an apartment that was spacious and amid nature, and that is what

DLF Skycourt has been able to give him. You will get 

• Natural ventilation

• Enough sunlight

• Landscape garden that provides cool fresh air and more.

As for the Dlf Skycourt floor plan let me tell you that all the 3 BHK apartments are between 1900 sq ft to 1903 sq ft. There are 684 apartments here in total, and only a few are left. The Dlf Skycourt apartment price list remains between Rs 1.37 crore and Rs 1.47 crore. You will get 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in these apartments, so you can live with another family here without any problem if you want. It has one kitchen though, so choose wisely. I believe the Dlf Skycourt resale value is going to be good as well since the demand to get lavish apartments at a reasonable price never goes out of date. 

The best part about the project is the DLF Skycourt address. It is located in

Sector-86, Gurgaon, Haryana, and is easily accessible, but this one positive aspect cannot help. We recently moved out from there and here are the reasons-

• DG charges are extremely high

• No proper electricity supply

• Not all amenities are accessible

• Cheap fixtures in bathrooms lead to water leaks.

• Lack of security

The lives of the tenants here are also not good. They are discriminated against and asked to pay unnecessary charges, so think a hundred times before investing here.
