I have seen that they offer 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments at very reasonable rates. I liked the 3 BHK apartment the most as it was costing around Rs.1.25 Crores. Because it was fitting to my budget. In my opinion, it is priced higher for the area. I have also seen that older buildings in the same general area by the same builder are still in the planning process. However, following numerous discussions, I came to understand the importance of funding in this project. Because the potential returns seemed good to me. Even during the deliberation, I didn't come across any false info or unsatisfactory responses. But I suggest you must read more ELV Kingsland reviews to get a better understanding.
