My colleague visited the property and shared his Esteem Kings Court review. He said this residential society has been constructed in front of a broad gutter. He also said that the odour is unbearable when you pass by that gutter. When he arrived at the property site for inquiry, nobody arrived as scheduled after waiting for about 40 to 45 minutes. But I think it’s better to visit the property once and decide the best for yourself.

I was about to purchase an apartment here. But then I came across one of the Esteem Kings Court reviews. It said that the delivery date has shifted from the initial proposal, and that the project has been delayed. I think the administration must think about giving over flats to owners as it is and make interior changes when they are prepared for. I found this society to be a high-end residential development called Esteem Kings Court in South Bangalore. Because it has good open space and a pleasant surroundings as compared to others in the area. The sales manager explained to me that there are 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with outstanding features in the project. I have also gone through the floor plans.
