Let me share my Experion Heartsong sector 108 Gurugram Haryana review. They are offering 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments. The RERA ID of this project is

GGM/360/92/2019/54 DATED 03.10.2019. I personally also did not like

Experion Heartsong Dwarka expressway much. The amenities are very common like- a swimming pool, amphitheatre, badminton court, play area and more so nothing much to hype about. As for the Experion Heartsong address, yes you will get schools, railway stations, hospitals, malls and entertainment hubs near it but you won’t get markets near it. You have to go 5 to 7 km far to get vegetables and fruits which I at least did not like. Another problem I faced when I visited this project is that you won’t get cabs or autos very easily here. If you have your personal vehicle you can opt for this project but if you don’t have one, I will say- don’t buy an apartment here. This is my Experion Heartsong Sector 108 Gurgaon review. 

Experion Heartsong Sector 108 Gurugram Haryana is just not worth investing in. My sister booked an apartment here in 2015 and was assured to gain possession of her apartment the very next year but it did not happen. In 2016 when she visited the project, they said it would surely get completed by next year so asked her to wait but the Experion Heartsong construction status remained under construction in 2017 as well. She was handed over her apartment in 2018 but the condition of it was not at all good. Here are some of the problems she faced:

• Water and electricity supply are quite irregular

• There isn’t ample greenery as promised earlier and flats are congested

• There are leakage issues and defects in plumbing and piping

Raunak Ji has already shared the Experion Heartsong price list. I feel the pricing doesn’t justify the quality of work at all. Although Experion Heartsong location is good, the apartments there are quite disappointing. Please do visit this project yourself and then decide whether it is worth investing in or not.
