What are the reviews of Express Zenith, Sector 77, Noida?

I bought a 3 BHK unit in this project last year. The main reasons for purchasing this were because of its locational advantages and high appreciation rates. I remember that during my first visit, the first thing I asked was the Express Zenith RERA number. This was to ensure that it had all the necessary permissions. A sales representative told me that it was UP RERAPRJ3393, UPRERAPRJ980703/04/2024. He also told me about the various amenities, such as a multipurpose hall, meditation court, jogging track, squash court, kids play area, gym, etc. Only after learning about these, I bought the apartment. 

While looking for resale apartments in Noida, I came to know about Express Zenith through a friend of mine. Following this, I decided to visit the location with him. After this, we enquired about the RERA number to ensure that they have all the necessary clearances. Both my friend and I bought a 3 BHK each after this. 

I have been living in a 3 BHK unit of Express Zenith for the last 8 months now. My stay here has been very pleasant as the project is cleaned and maintained regularly by the maintenance staff. The gym, swimming pool, park and outdoor gaming courts are cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis. My apartment is an east facing, and because of that, I receive lots of sunshine and natural air. Besides that, the project also has facilities such as bus stops, metro stations, hospitals, shopping malls, etc. in its vicinity.
