Let me share what I came across in many Fomra Hues reviews. There are complaints that cars, vehicles, and tankers are constantly moving in front of the building. Everyone who leaves the building must proceed with extreme caution until they reach Porur Road. There is a large area of unsecured open land that is totally covered in grasses and other plants in the back of the property.

My friend is looking to invest in a property in Iyyappanthangal. He mentioned he visited a property here. He said it is closer to the IT hub nearby Porur. He also mentioned that the builder has made good security arrangements for safety purposes.
