The project's best feature I liked is that it just requires minimal monthly maintenance and includes basic facilities. I have seen that they have a private balcony along with French windows. I found that Gagan Ela offers excellent access to the market, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and other locations. The floorplan seemed fantastic because larger living, dining, and bedroom space are provided.

I have booked a flat in Gagan Ela. Later I found that the RERA extension for this project, which has been postponed since 2017, expires on December 22. The completion still isn't clear and customers are not given any additional information. The CRM staff and office employees are not interacting with me when I ask any query. I think we shouldn’t get this kind of treatment after spending this much money. So you must think once about investing here.

Gagan Ela's layout is the main strength I saw as there is almost no dead space. I think it is one of the area's best construction standards and elevations. It is such a beautiful idea, with a lot of carpet space, road-touch property, and a view of nature at reasonable costs. I searched all nearby projects before deciding on the ELA project and booked the 2BHK apartment at Rs.91 Lakhs.
