I read many online Ganga Aria reviews. They claimed to be residents of Ganga Aria and mentioned their plights. They said they were given late possession to begin with. The amenities aren’t provided completely. Some even claimed that the builder was trying to make changes in the developmental plan. I am unsure about the reality since I haven’t yet visited the project. I would recommend you to actually go on site and talk to the residents. See if the online reviews stand corrected. If so, I am sure you would not want to invest in such a project.

I was searching for an apartment close to Dhanori and came across this project called Ganga Aria. I visited the property site the very next day. I realised that the possession has been granted for many flats. I walked through a sample flat and the structure of the apartments looked good. I enquired about the cost and got to know that 2 BHK flat is available for Rs.52 Lakhs. I think this is a reasonable choice to go for in the area as compared to other projects.
