I am regretting that I chose to purchase a flat in Gini Bellina, Lohegaon. Legal problems, the usage of low-quality items, and false claims and promises seem to be very common in their case. I reviewed this project location last week only with my father. It has decent construction. The architecture for the development in general is outstanding and I find the apartments to be reasonably priced. From what I have seen, it comes with 2 and 2.5 BHK apartments with a price starting from Rs.78 Lakhs. And I think it’s worth the money you will be putting here. Let’s see how it goes till it gets completed. I will wait for more Gini Belvista reviews.
