I have talked to a few people who have invested in an apartment in Godrej Avenues and they all said that their customer relationship management is pathetic. Nobody ever picks up the call and nothing ever gets done on time. They don’t give required property documents on time. If you are investing in an apartment for the first time, then you should avoid this project because the process is not smooth at all. It will test your patience.
