What are the reviews of Gulshan Bellina, Noida?

Let me give you a quick and honest review of Gulshan Bellina society and Gulshan Bellina floor plan. My brother has booked a flat here. The developer had communicated that the society will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 is fully ready and phase two is almost completed. It was meant to have all the facilities such as stilt parking, kids’ play area, swimming pool, badminton court, gym, community centre, club and basketball court etc.

I went to the site to get a Gulshan Bellina construction update and saw that the amenities are being put in. The clubhouse looks beautiful from outside.I think the equipment will not be  not sufficient as per residential ratio.

Quality of construction is very good and flats are very spacious but the construction is far from being completed. Gulshan Bellina project status is under construction at the monet. The society has not received an occupation certificate.

I have a few complaints though. Generally, the entrance/lobby entrance of societies is grand and easy to find. Here, it's almost as if you can't find the entrance of the lobby. Then, the lobby doesn't have stools, sofas, chairs or any furniture where residents or guests can sit and wait.

The  entry and exit route for vehicles is confusing, they have diverted the route as per them and not as per Gulshan Bellina layout. The stilt parking is not maintained properly, and needs whitewash, finishing and flooring.There is  less greenery as compared to other societies in the town.You can check out Gulshan Bellina location map online to check these claims before making a big investment.

The internal doors are designed with robust hardwood frames while the main doors are designed with aluminum. The modular kitchens are equipped with spacious storage cabinets and granite countertops. The interiors and the exteriors are well finished with long-lasting paints.
