I just wanted to take you through my father’s Hara Vijaya review as he purchased a flat there. He said this is one of the nicest residential properties on Kanakapura Road. It is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with a lush environment. It is located at an easy driving distance from Silk Institute Metro Station. In his opinion, it is an outstanding apartment building in terms of construction and living quality on Kanakapura Road. However, he said some problems require rapid attention.

1) Security problems

2) Compound walls are inappropriate in some locations.

The road leading to Vijaya Heights is narrow and is badly maintained. The builders are yet to fix the issue despite repeated complaints from the residents. In addition, the area has plenty of vacant plots. That’s why I am a little curious about how safe it is here at night. Maybe you can wait for more Hara Vijaya Heights reviews before making a decision.

Let me share my Hara Vijaya Heights review as I recently paid a visit to this site. I can say that this location is good because of the surroundings and the flats' interiors. They offer plenty of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, carrom, table tennis courts, and swimming lessons in addition to the Zumba dance classes. There are karate classes available for kids as well. I believe one can consider investing here given the location, amenities and overall offerings of the project.
