I made my booking in 2013 believing VGN to be a fantastic builder. But I have seen that VGN later left, leaving only Hazel Pragnya. We had paid about 80% of the property's cost despite the project's five-year delay. And they refused to give back the booking amount when we wanted to cancel the booking. Poor services. They are compromising on the construction quality as well. I have heard of the issue with water leakage in two years. Based on many Hazel Pragnya reviews, I would refrain from making a booking here.

I've been to numerous projects in the area, but I liked this one because of the decent quality and facilities. They also have one and two bedrooms. I purchased a 3 BHK apartment for around Rs.75 Lakhs. I got to know that home financing options are available at SBI. So you can visit the property yourself and get a better understanding.
