The Indiabulls Centrum Park possession date was 2014, 5 years after it was launched. Honestly it is not as good as I expected it to be. My cousin lives here and is not having a great time there. The Indiabulls Centrum Park construction quality is not up to the mark. He has been living here for only 2 years and within 6 months, he had to face many issues related to plumbing, chipping and what not. Here are some other concerns that he raised:

• You won’t get cabs, Olas, or Ubers very easily here. 

• There is no LPG pipeline provision here so you have to buy gas cylinders

• The lifts might not work for almost a week and no one bothers to repair it

• My cousin feels the place is not safe for children or families, especially at night

I am not much aware of the Indiabulls Centrum Park resale prices but it has been predicted that the flats here have a higher appreciation rate. Unfortunately, their maintenance charges are quite high. I would like to highlight a few things about the construction and quality here.

• All the bedroom walls are painted with acrylic emulsion 

• The bedroom floors are made of laminated wood

• Bedroom floors have vitrified tiles
