Hi Harsh. I would like to share my Kolte Patil Life Republic review as I recently purchased a flat here. Located on the Marunji Road in Hinjewadi, the project is pretty big, with an area of almost 11 acres. To talk about the Kolte Patil Life Republic unit configuration, you’ll find 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK houses here. We booked the 2.5 BHK one after considering a lot of factors. The house has a decent space and we also like the floor plan. The Kolte Patil Life Republic unit size has a carpet area of 865 sq. ft., which is pretty good in my opinion. 

There’s a good space allocated to bike and car parking and a professional security staff will be present at the gates. The project will have 7 buildings comprising 1232 flats. As far as the Kolte Patil Life Republic 2 BHK price goes, you can expect a starting price of Rs. 55 lakhs.

Hey. We checked out the 3 BHK apartments on sale in this project in September. We were quite happy with the offerings here and I can give a quick review. One of the things apart from the location that attracted us was the amenities here. They have a tennis court, a spa, a skating rink, an aerobics room, a gym, and a swimming pool and the flats are also being constructed as per Vastu. 

The Kolte Patil Life Republic 3 BHK price is around Rs. 70.2 lakhs, which we found good enough to fit our budget. Compared with other projects, we liked this better, so we booked the flat last week. Also, the project has gained RERA approval with the Kolte Patil Life Republic RERA number P52100002646. Overall, you can keep the flats here as an option and visit the site.

I will give you very honest Life Republic by Kolte-Patil reviews. I have bought a flat here and all I can say is that it's a wonderful place with a serene environment. It also has great exposure from all 4 sides and it is spread over a large area. It has huge towers and they have been building every imaginable amenity like a swimming pool, gym area, jogging track, kids play area, lawn tennis court, and a lot more.

• Hinjewadi IT Park is 6 km away and can be reached by car in 20 minutes (Line 3-Phase 1).

• 5 hospitals are located within 3–4 kilometres.

• There are 5 schools within 4-5 km (including Crimson Anisha Global, Indira National, Akshara International School, VIBGYOR School, Mahindra International School, etc.).

• 5 shopping centres and entertainment hubs are located within 2-3 km. 

• Mumbai-Bengaluru National Highway is 5 minutes away.

I booked a 2.5 BHK apartment here and the sales team informed me that the Kolte Patil Life Republic completion date is October 2027.

I am considering booking a 3 BHK apartment. I know that the Kolte Patil Life Republic 3 BHK price is a bit high, so I am planning to opt for home loan options. 

A few months back, I called this +91 9916943552 number and accompanied my sister for a site visit. The Life Republic Kolte Patil address is Life Republic, Survey No. 74, Hinjewadi-Marunji-Kasarsai Road, Taluka Mulshi, Pune – 411057. 

We enquired about the Kolte Patil Life Republic construction status and got to know that this is still under construction and the Life Republic possession date is October 2027. The starting Kolte Patil Life Republic 2 BHK price is Rs. 63 Lakhs onwards for the carpet area of 722-781 sq. ft.

Overall, we liked the project and are planning to book a 2 BHK apartment here.

Kolte Patil Life Republic Marunji address is SURVEY NO.74, MARUNJI Marunji-Karsarsai, Road, Hinjawadi, Mulshi, Maharashtra 411057. I wanted to invest here because of the locality. But I had the worst experience specially from the handover team I was told that the Kolte Patil Life Republic possession date was October 2023. But soon I realised that they only give false updates regarding the possession date.

I visited the project location and saw that the society spans over Rs. 10.41 acres. There are a total of eight wings and G +22 floors. Ltd. and Sai Hospital), entertainment venues (Hatkun Films & Entertainments, Movie Theaters, E Square Carnival Xion, LM Movies, Santosh Shinde, Gravitation Park, Rangbhumi Hall, and shopping malls. One of the biggest upsides of booking a flat in Kolte Patil Life Republic is the Kolte Patil life republic location. Marunjigaon is 2.4 km away, Infosys Phase 2 is 7.3 km, Bhumkar Das Gurge RD is 5.2 km away. Punawale Corner is 5.1 km away, Padmabhushan chowk Hinjewadi Phase 1 is 5.5 km. 

The possession date set for Oro Avenue was Dec 2021 onwards, 1st Avenue was set for Dec 2021 onwards, and 3rd Avenue was set for June 2022 Onwards. The date for the Universe is set for Dec 2024 onwards. I hope the possession of flats is given on time in 2024. 1. The salesperson made false promises. Please do not fall for it. Consult with flat owners who have previously owned flats.

2. They will not make any changes while it is being built.

3. The height of the kitchen platform is extremely low, and they will not agree to raise it even if you are willing to pay more at the time of building. As a result, once you have possession, you must pay for the entire kitchen platform. They will only supply a vendor for it as well, implying that it is part of a larger scheme to defraud you.

4. No one will entertain you after the sale; relationship managers change every month, and the new manager will not be responsible for any conversations held with the old RM.

project is well-designed, however, it appears like the sales team is uninterested in selling the flats.

I requested them to display a 3-bedroom model flat. However, they informed me that they were not having any sample flats to show. And, when I asked them to show me at least one ready-to-move-in flat, they showed me one, but it was in terrible condition, and I was startled to learn that if you're selling or exhibiting anything to clients, you should keep it clean. The property was filthy and had cracked tiles, and the bathroom had a lot of spider webs all over it. Finally, I would like to say that there are many other good projects in Hinjewadi if someone is interested in paying 1 crore rupees to buy a flat.

overall, the society is nice to live in, with beautiful views, but don't buy under-construction property here because the CRM team is slow to respond and doesn't know what's going on in the site, the builder's strategy is to take 90% of the money upfront and then ask the owner to wait for the next two years.

I bought a flat in March 2020 with a possession date of December 31, 2021, which was 1 year and 9 months from the date of purchase. During that time, just the plinth was completed...then there was the onset of Corona and they finished the 22nd slab and received 90% of the money by August 2021.

They are now saying that they will hand over the flat by December 2022. My recommendation is to avoid under-construction properties and instead opt for immediate possession or resale properties. On the plus side, staying in this township is beneficial because the surroundings are beautiful.
