What are the reviews of Kunal Aspiree, Balewadi, Pune?

I visited this project last month. The Kunal Aspiree Balewadi address, is S.No - 49 & 50, Near Bharti Vidyapeeth School, Balewadi, Pune, 411045. However, I was not at all satisfied with the project quality. The level of finishing is subpar. The floor is stained, and parts of the wall have chips in them. The only positive aspect is the terrace with its fresh air, lovely lighting, flowers, and plants. Do not even consider purchasing a home here. An extremely pitiful situation is projected through this project. 

After purchasing a Kunal Aspiree Balewadi resale flat, I understood that "Not everything that glitters is gold." This saying is appropriate for this apartment. From the outside, it appears fancy and perfect, but that's just a facade. After paying around Rs. 2,30 Cr. as the Kunal Aspiree Balewadi price, I received complete disappointment with this project. The two biggest issues are water and electricity. Additionally, the water that runs through the restrooms is dirty and smells bad. From the neighbouring bathroom, one can hear the sound of water flowing via pipes into the bedroom. 

I must say that, don’t miss out on this property. I will share my genuine Kunal Aspiree review. You will be really surprised to experience the lavishing amenities like 7 security parking, well equipped gymnasium, separate swimming pool, amphitheater, children’s play area, club house, indoor games like carrom and table tennis. It also has a separate badminton court, pitch for playing cricket, yoga area with fresh environment and sunny mornings. Kunal Aspiree provides inhabitants with a modern lifestyle and is the ideal location to purchase your future home. It also has some other amenities like CCTV surveillance, high-class security, earthquake resistant, wi-fi connectivity, water softener plant, gazebo and a superior basketball court. The pricing of the project starts from Rs.1.47 Crores for luxurious yet affordable 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments. The project is RERA approved and constructed in an area of 10 Acres. The total area for 3 BHK apartments ranges between 1329 to 1414 sq ft and 4 BHK apartments range in between 1688 to 1719 sq ft. Rust - resistant aluminum sliding windows with mosquito netting, ornamental front doors, creative secondary doors, ducted gas and water filter, and ventilator are all included in all kitchen models in Aspiree.
