What are the reviews of Lodha Codename Premier, Dombivli East, Thane?

Lodha Codename Premier address is Premier Colony Ground, Sonar Pada, Dombivli East, Mumbai. I booked a flat here because I loved the locality. Lodha Codename Premier location is excellent and very well connected to the entire city like the Airoli Katai Tunnel Road, Virar-Alibaug Multimodal Corridor, Thane Dombivli Link Road, Navi Mumbai international Airport, Kalyan-Taloja metro line, and more.

But after the booking I realised that the relationship manager started ignoring my class. The staff aren’t helpful at allafter they get the money. Here money is demanded before the work startd. However, customers are not allowed to see how much work has been completed on site. I am very concerned about this.

I booked a flat in Lodha after reading many Lodha Premier Dombivli reviews. I can tell you that Lodha Premier Dombivali construction is in full swing. Lodha Codename Premier possession date is in November 2025. If you visit the project you will see that it has world-class amenities with 2 international schools - Lodha World School and Singhania School very close by. Other amenities include multiple gardens, a gym, an indoor games zone, a temple, a retail plaza swimming pool and much more. I also noticed that Dmart at 5 mins, Dombivali station 20 mins, Experia mall 10 mins.

One of my relatives has sent me a video of Lodha Codename Premier in which he was showing its apartments feature a granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink, full-height windows to ensure proper ventilation, Marbital flooring for dining, living, passage, and bedrooms. And to be honest, I was pretty impressed by it.

My younger brother is a sports enthusiast and he really liked the amenities in this project, such as table tennis, cycling & jogging track, gymnasium, swimming pool, etc.

My best friend stays in a flat in Lodha Palava Lakeshore Greens that is near to this project. She told me that Lodha Codename Premier is situated in a very good location in Dombivli East, Mumbai, which offers easy navigation to every part of the city. A number of reputed schools (TMC School, etc.) and colleges (Pandit Rajpati Mishra College, etc.) are located in a close proximity to the project. You can seamlessly get across to the hotels, banks, parks, markets, and other places of entertainment in Mumbai. Best of all, Dombivali Station is just 10 minutes away and Airoli is 20 minutes away from Lodha Codename Premier.

We are thinking about buying an apartment in Lodha Codename Premier for investment purposes. The prices of apartments in this project range from 45.49 lacs to 81 lakhs approximately, which is reasonable, keeping the location and amenities in mind. This price would increase in the near future if we check the natural price trends for residential properties in Mumbai. Even though this project is under construction, you don’t need to worry about timely possession because it is registered with RERA.
