Complete Lodha Splendora address is Lodha Splendora, Riverview, Ghodbunder Rd, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400615. The apartment flat design looks great. You can find standard amenities like a swimming pool,gym,children playground, cinema theatre. There is a lot of greenery around but one thing was missing was a professional badminton court. 

My favourite part of the residential society is the view from the top. Buyers can see the Lodha Splendora Thane location with ease from the top floor.  The look and feel, infrastructure, and beautiful planning of the project makes it worth visiting. Personally, I  like the club house, swimming pool, gymnasium, and the small restaurant they have built within the society.  The society is worth living but not all these amenities are usable and maintained. There is no proper lighting in common areas post sunset which means speed breakers, potholes etc are not visible. It can be a big problem for sr. Citizens, kids  and 2 wheelers.

The roads around these buildings are not maintained. However, the roads around gate no. 2 are well maintained.

If you plan to get a Lodha Splendora resale flat, you should know that the metro connectivity of Thane to Mumbai is not completed yet. It will take another few years for the transportation system to be put in place. All the show and shine is there for buildings near to gate no. 2. whereas, For buildings near Gate no. 1 its an opposite situation (for platino A, B, C).No sunlight and proper ventilation in garden facing flats in plat no A, B and C.

There is no visitor parking which is a shame. There is no proper parking for 2 wheelers as well.
