The Lodha Upper Thane address is Thane, Dombivli Link Rd, off Mumbai - Nashik Expressway, Anjur, Mumbai, Sarang, Maharashtra 421302. When I visited this development, I was so impressed with the Lodha Upper Thane location. I’d like to mention a few infrastructural developments that are predicted near this project;

• Dombivli (W) Station will be less than 10 minutes from Lodha Upper Thane thanks to the Thane-Dombivli Link Road, which is now under construction.

• Construction is underway on the Thane-Kalyan segment of Mumbai Metro Line 5.

• The commencement of the 8-hour Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, which connects Mumbai and Nagpur, is very close to Lodha Upper Thane.

• Lodha Upper Thane will be extremely close to the projected Virar-Alibaug Multimodal Corridor, which would link the satellite towns of Virar and Alibaug. 

• Vasai to Kalyan via Thane in-land waterways project has been approved. 

I am planning to book a unit here, as I believe these locational advantages would help me with high ROI.

The planned community of Lodha Upper Thane offers opulent living and contemporary amenities in Maharashtra's Thane district. I was not sure about the Lodha Upper Thane construction update so on enquiring the builder team informed me that the township spans 200 acres. Currently, it offers both completed and pending residences, with Lodha Upper Thane possession dates of June 2023 and June 2024. I really liked the Lodha Upper Thane amenities. Some of the amenities are as follows;

• The Nest is a 50,000 square foot megaclub featuring a 5800 square foot gym, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a crèche, a banquet hall, etc.

• Temple and pond

• In addition to extensive green spaces, open spaces have wide paths for walking and jogging.

• Indoor games like table tennis, snooker, carom, and chess, as well as an outdoor kids' area.

• Basketball courts, a badminton court, a football pitch, and an athletic track.

I have booked an apartment in this project. Overall it was a very good experience.

Even though the Lodha Upper Thane construction status is complete and the Lodha Upper Thane possession date is April 2022, I have been facing a lot of issues in getting possession. The customer experience management cannot respond to any of my questions and lacks complete information when it is required.

The additional charges added during possession startled me. The actual society fees demanded upon possession are three times what was disclosed when I bought the apartment. Despite the fact that a GST refund was guaranteed to me, it is unclear how GST is calculated. We were never permitted to go on on-site visits, so I have no idea how well the building is being built or what I have paid for. I have heard many more Upper Thane Lodha complaints and I do not advise purchasing this home.

I stay here and I can tell you that the 200-acre residential gated neighbourhood is constructed very strategically. You should know that only 40% of the township is now available for residential use; the rest is being built. I really like the Lodha Upper Thane floor plan which I feel is very suitable for everyone. They offer a 3 BHK Flat with an area of 815 Sq ft for ₹ 1.35 Crores. 

Lodha Upper Thane location is very good and all the conveniences you may possibly need are available here. For the public's convenience, Lodha has set up an internal bus shuttle.
