I came across a concerning point in one of the online Mahavir Spring reviews. It says the carpet area is significantly smaller than in other areas. The sample apartment has very well-installed glasses, making it difficult to determine the actual area. Also, we've been informed that everything has been sold, except floors 1, 2, and 3. This project is set among good surroundings in Thane on Pokhran Road No 2. Unlike other densely populated areas, there is much less population around this project. Mahavir Spring offers compact-sized flats. But I have heard that many famous people have reserved apartments here. I think it will be among the best developments in the Thane area overall. But yes, you will have to search for more Mahavir Spring reviews and visit this property once.
